Shortly before the end of the year, the developers of Battlestate Games reviewed the past twelve months - and gave an outlook on the near future of the shooter Escape from Tarkov.
As part of a detailed video, the team first explained which milestones were reached during the alpha phase and how the shooter has changed over the past few months. All this is garnished with numerous gameplay scenes.
Beta testing and dynamic weather
Then the team touched on the Escape from Tarkov beta. It should start soon and have some innovations to offer. The players can look forward to additional game modes, among other things. This includes, for example, a kind of free roam mode, which enables you to explore the world of the shooter on your own and without major restrictions.
Battlestate Games is also currently working on a dynamic weather system that will also be implemented over the next few weeks and months. There is also an anti-cheat tool, numerous optimizations and no less many bug fixes.
