Escape from Tarkov - Expandable Headquarters presented

Escape from Tarkov is a hardcore shooter in which you will die quickly if you act rashly. It is all the more important to have a place where you can withdraw and take a deep breath. The developers see it that way and are building a headquarters into the game that we can gradually improve.

At the beginning you get a bomb shelter bunker, a very simple and barren, but safe shelter in which you can stow your equipment and rest or bandage wounds. You can also use crafting to make your own medicine or ammunition. The bunker itself can also be expanded and made more comfortable afterwards.

More than just decoration

A power generator, an air supply or a water treatment system for fresh drinking water can help. A bathroom can provide the necessary hygiene. This also brings playful advantages in that each aspect of the hiding place gives certain bonuses - for example, if you have fresh water, the character does not dehydrate.

There should be a total of 13 such modules including bonuses. But you can't just build it like that, you first need a blueprint, raw materials and the right skills that you can train beforehand. A fully equipped headquarters is also not finished, as we also have to keep the facility running - a generator naturally needs regular fuel supplies.

News in Tarkov: Scav faction makes the game even more unpredictable

Premium modules will be added later, which will bring particularly high-quality results. What and how much you can produce depends on the size of the bunker, which can vary. The main features of the system should already be implemented by the time of the beta.
